Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Jordache denim, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges on all domestic orders within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to print and attach to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
